Alice started yoga as a teenager and quickly became passionate about the power of deep breathing, its meditative quality, and the enhancement of body-mind communication.
Over the last 17 years she has practised mainly Hatha and Ashtanga yoga and her curiosity and interests have brought her close to many different styles and teachers. This variety reflects well in her own style of teaching, which is based on classical Hatha but with a more organic and fluid approach.
She qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga and gained a 500 hour diploma, soon after becoming a mum and training with Birthlight to become a antenatal, postnatal, baby and toddler yoga teacher. In her yoga classes she creates a space for self-nurturing, finding ease, comfort and enjoyment in the precious individuality.
She has been living in Forest Gate, London since 2016 and she loves the sense of community in the area and the surrounding nature.
