Imogen was first introduced to the benefits of Pilates during her professional dance training at London Studio Centre. After graduating with a First Class BA (Hons) in Theatre Dance she decided to pursue her passion for Pilates and become an instructor.
Her background in dance means Imogen is a stickler for technique! Her classes are hands on and designed to help participants perform exercises with precision and control.
Imogen keeps active by regularly taking dance, barre and spin classes around London but believes that Pilates is the key to a strong and balanced body. She is a positive and enthusiastic teacher and wishes for everyone to experience the benefits of Pilates!
