Please note if you have a specific injury or condition, it is recommended that you book a 121 session before joining the group.
Please attend at least 2 Reformer basics classes or 121s before booking an All Levels/Improvers class.
**If you are free from injury, familiar with the Stott reformer settings and have previous experience of reformer Pilates it is not essential that you attend a basics class or 121**
What's involved? A step up in pace and intensity and definitely not for complete Pilates beginners or those with injury. Expect a varied and challenging workout with functional progressions and a focus on effort and results.
Is it for me? This class is not for beginners or those with injury/post-rehab. You should be comfortable with the Reformer, understand how the core muscles work, and be able to activate them correctly.
