Casa Dalia hosts a number or retreats throughout the year.  Our retreats are not 'boot camps' they are designed to be a short break where you can go in groups of up to 8, to get a full work out for the mind, body and soul, mixed with a little rest, relax and peace.   

We select a mix of drop in classes each day from the list below, and break up the exercise with relaxation by the pool and refuelling on  local, organic, farm to table calorie balanced food.   

The retreats offer a chance to press the 'Restart' button in your life, and will teach you life skills for the mind body and soul, to help you sustain a happier & healthier life.
