Sal has been working in the fitness industry for 15 years. What brought him into the industry was huge weight loss. Along his journey and with the experience he has gained, his approach has changed to more of a holistic approach. He is passionate about movement and alignment of the human body which led him to study Pilates 1 year ago. His focus is movement with precision to re align and improve strength and posture from the inside out.
